Danelle Fights Cancer

Danelle went for her first chemo treatment on Friday Nov 22nd. The process went well and she had no complications.

Going back to the same room, the same chairs, and the same procedures was a little tough. But the benefit was that it was not some new, intimidating experience that she hadn’t seen before. The medicines she received were a little different than last time. The goal is that these treatments will make these cancer spots disappear.

The next week was recovery and Danelle’s energy levels were down slightly. But this did not last long and by early the next week we were all on our way to visit family for Thanksgiving.
